Segeltour mit Legende Gojko Mitić in Schottland
(dg) Die Segeltour auf der "WELT-POKAL" mit der niederländischen Windjammer THE FLYING DUTCHMAN war ein großes Erlebnis. Einmal mit den zahlreichen Teilnehmern aus Wirtschaft, Politik und Wissenschaft; zum anderen mit der Schauspielerlegende Gojko Mitić aus Serbien segelten wir um Nordschottland.
Gojko (Baujahr 1940) ist in bester Verfassung. Gemeinsam haben wir viele Abende lang über die Geschichte und auch das Schicksal der Indianer-Kulturen philosophiert. Für Gojko waren die indigenen Völker Amerikas (den Begriff lehnt er übrigens sehr ab!) die erste Völkergruppe der Welt, die für Umweltschutz, Humanität und Frieden eintraten. Außerdem ist das Leid der meisten Stämme in Nordamerika immer noch nicht gesellschaftlich anerkannt.
An Bord drehte sich aus bekannten Gründen aber auch vieles um aktuelle Fragen der Wirtschaft und Politik, so dass die Tour um Schottland sehr wertvolle Impulse für das eigene Denken und Handeln lieferte. In Kürze wird dazu auch ein Beitrag auf Nuoviso TV (Abora.tv) erscheinen.
Segeln auf dem niederländischen Schiff war ein großes Erlebnis. Segelsetzen und Bergen gehörten für eine Woche zum Alltag der Crew. //
Sailing on the Dutch ship was a great experience. Setting sail and raising the mast were part of the crew's everyday life for a week.

Tagsüber durften der Indianerhäuptling und ich auch mal ans Ruder. Gemeinsam diskutierten wir, welches maritime Erbe die Völker Amerikas wohl hatten. //
During the day, the Indian chief and I were allowed to take the helm. Together we discussed what maritime heritage the peoples of America might have had.
Für meinen Kanal „Abora.tv” bei Nuoflix habe ich Gojko auch interviewt. Es ging um sehr interessante Themen, die er mit seinem Schatz an Erlebnissen und Kenntnissen bereicherte. Ich war begeistert, wie tiefgründig sich Gojko mit den Indianerkulturen beschäftigte. //
I also interviewed Gojko for my channel “Abora.tv” on Nuoflix. The topics were very interesting, and he enriched them with his wealth of experiences and knowledge. I was impressed by how deeply Gojko studied Native American cultures.
Der Organisator der Tour Mathias Wagner initiierte in Schottland seine letzte Auslandstour. Die Mitreisenden erlebten eine Seereise, die man sich so nicht im Reisebüro buchen kann. //
The organizer of the tour, Mathias Wagner, initiated his last foreign tour in Scotland. The fellow travelers experienced a sea voyage that cannot be booked through a travel agency.
Sailing tour with legend Gojko Mitić in Scotland
The sailing tour on the "WELT-POKAL" with the Dutch windjammer THE FLYING DUTCH MAN was a great experience. Firstly with the numerous participants from business, politics and science; and secondly with the acting legend Gojko Mitić from Serbia we sailed around the North of Scotland.
Gojko (born in 1940) is in top shape. Together we spent many evenings philosophizing about the history and fate of the Indian cultures. For Gojko, the indigenous peoples of America (he really dislikes the term!) were the first ethnic group in the world to stand up for environmental protection, humanity and peace. In addition, the suffering of most tribes in North America is still not socially recognized.
For well-known reasons, a lot of the discussion on board revolved around current economic and political issues, so that the tour around Scotland provided very valuable impulses for our own thinking and actions. A report on this will also appear shortly on Nuoviso TV (Abora.tv).
